CUORE 低温热量计的能量相关电热响应模型

摘要

用于稀有事件搜寻的低温地下观测站(CUORE)是搜寻 130Te^{130}\text{Te} 中无中微子双贝塔衰变(0νββ0\nu\beta\beta)最灵敏的实验。CUORE 使用由 988 个 TeO2_2 热量计组成的低温阵列,工作于 \sim10 mK,总质量为 741 kg。为进一步提高灵敏度,必须充分理解探测器响应。在此,我们提出一个针对 CUORE 实验的逐探测器非线性热模型。我们通过将非线性微分方程数值拟合到 CUORE 中一组特征良好且具代表性的通道的探测器数据,检验了探测器的平衡与动态电热模型。我们证明,仅凭 NTD-Ge 热敏电阻中的热电子效应与电阻的电场依赖性不足以描述我们探测器的能量相关脉冲形状。我们在热敏电阻的指数温度依赖性中引入一个经验二阶修正因子,其与高达 6 MeV 的能量相关脉冲形状数据高度吻合。我们还利用拟合的热参数进行噪声分析,表明本征热噪声相对于我们探测器的观测噪声可忽略不计。
