再论非同步系统绝对稳定性问题的代数不可解性

摘要
在作者的论文“Algebraic unsolvability of problem of absolute stability of desynchronized systems”（Automat. Remote Control 51 (1990), no. 6, pp. 754--759）中，已证明一般而言线性非同步系统不存在绝对稳定性的代数判据。本文纠正了该论文原始版本中出现的几处排版错误，并补充了两幅图。
