Alexa,和机器人玩:引入首个关于具身 AI 的 Alexa Prize SimBot 挑战赛

摘要

Alexa Prize 项目已赋能众多大学生通过 SocialBot Grand Challenge 和 TaskBot Challenge 等竞赛探索、实验并展示其在构建对话智能体方面的才华。随着对话智能体日益出现在多模态与具身情境中,探索由计算机视觉与物理具身增强的对话交互的可能性十分重要。本文描述了 SimBot Challenge,一项由大学团队竞争构建在模拟物理环境中完成任务的机器人助手的新挑战。本文概述了包含在线与离线挑战阶段的 SimBot Challenge。我们描述了提供给团队的基础设施与支持,包括模拟环境 Alexa Arena,以及提供给团队以加速其构建视觉与语言模型的机器学习工具包。我们总结了参赛团队为克服研究挑战所采取的方法并提取关键经验教训。最后,我们提供了竞赛期间各参赛 SimBot 的性能分析。
