基于低电阻率玻璃电极的多条带多气隙电阻板计数器在高辐照剂量下的老化研究

摘要
我们对基于低电阻率玻璃电极的多条带多气隙电阻板计数器(MSMGRPC)在高辐照剂量下的老化效应进行了详细测试与分析。测量了辐照前 MSMGRPC 的效率与簇大小,并与在 IFIN-HH 基于 Co 源的多用途辐照设施所获得高辐照剂量辐照后的值进行比较。基于多种分析方法即 SEM、XPS、foil-ERDA、RBS、AFM 和 THz-TDS,给出了玻璃电极上沉积层的成分与性质。
