摘要
给定一个 Siegel theta 级数和一个不整除该 theta 级数水平的素数 ，我们将生成 处局部 Hecke 代数的 个 Hecke 算符作用于该 theta 级数。我们证明了平均 theta 级数是一个特征形式，并计算了其特征值。
