高度激发态GaAs中带隙重整's ab initio计算

摘要
我们采用Keldysh格林函数方法中的非平衡GW近似，对晶体GaAs进行ab initio准粒子自能计算，针对强电子激发(~10%价电子激发至导带)的情况，相关高强度超短脉冲激光实验。结果表明，虽然带隙是激发程度的敏感函数，但无法通过纯电子方式完全闭合该系统的带隙。
