摘要
我们报告了在室温下观察到的 GaAs 中约 40% 的激光诱导带隙以上透明性。诱导的透明性仅存在于驱动中红外激光脉冲宽度期间，其光谱形状与激光诱导的带边蓝移一致。基于动态 Franz-Keldysh 效应的模拟再现了实验结果的主要特征，特别是带边位移量大约由 ponderomotive 势给出。
