全基因组中 CDS 序列的时间序列模型

摘要
提出全基因组中 CDS 序列的一种时间序列模型。给出了 DNA 序列到整数序列的映射。计算了细菌全基因组中 CDS 序列的相关维数与 Hurst 指数。利用相关维数的平均值，得到了一些有趣结果。
