摘要
通过测量光脉冲后可变时间窗口内的平均光电子数，获得了硅光电倍增管（Silicon Photomultipliers）中的后脉冲概率及其时间常数。该方法实验简单，且由于使用了中心极限定理而具有统计稳健性，已应用于 HAMAMATSU MPPC S10362-11-100C。
