面向功率受限与大敏感面积应用的硅微条探测器

摘要

我们开发了一种硅微条探测器 (SSD),旨在严格的功率约束下具备最先进的空间分辨率和大的敏感面积。该设计包含三个浮置条,其偏置电阻插入在两个铝读出条之间。单传感器束流测试测量证实,该配置对 MIP 实现了 99.8%99.8 \, \% 的总探测效率和 7.6μm7.6 \, \mathrm{\mu m} 的空间分辨率。为该 SSD 开发了一种双-η\eta 算法,以优化击中位置重建。该设计可适用于大面积硅探测器。
