本文给出了非负矩阵谱半径的一个精确上界。该结果用于给出图或有向图的邻接谱半径、拉普拉斯谱半径、无符号拉普拉斯谱半径、距离谱半径、距离拉普拉斯谱半径以及距离无符号拉普拉斯谱半径的上界。这些结果是新的，或者推广了一些已知结果。
