摘要
我们提出并演示了一种基于硅与铌酸锂混合集成平台的无偏振敏感高速光开关单元。该器件表现出亚纳秒的开关时间、4.97 V的低驱动电压,以及由于静电操作带来的低功耗。测得的偏振相关损耗低于0.8 dB。所演示的光开关可作为构建无偏振敏感高速光矩阵开关的基本单元。
