摘要
本文提出了一种针对可变形结构和大位移的雷诺方程降阶模型。该模型基于文献 [11] 建立的模型，并采用两种不同的方法进行了分段线性化处理。指出了每种方法的优缺点。确定了微开关的吸合时间，并将其与实验数据及其他仿真数据进行了对比。
