基于可转向钻孔机器人的患者特异性自主脊柱固定框架

摘要
本文以增强骨质疏松患者的微创脊柱固定手术为目标,提出了首个图像引导的机器人框架,利用独特的同心管可转向钻孔机器人(CT-SDR)执行自主且患者特异性的手术。特别是,利用CT-SDR,我们引入了基于患者CT扫描中规划的术前轨迹的J形钻孔概念,随后通过校准、配准和导航步骤,利用我们独特的机器人装置实时安全地执行该轨迹。为全面评估我们框架的性能,我们在基于真实患者CT扫描设计的两种不同椎体模型上进行了多次实验。
