摘要
本文提出的直接结构光检测技术（DSIT）是一种新方法，可在两种类型的二值结构光照明下实施，用于检测镜面和透明物体上的污染物与缺陷，其中光反射系统用于检测镜面，而光透射系统用于透明物体检测。基于该技术，无需任何计算过程即可直接获得污染物和缺陷分布。本文进行了相关仿真与实验以证明DSIT的有效性。
