关于 Kaufman 与 Oppenheim 高维扩张图初等构造的注记

摘要
在本注记中，我们给出由 Kaufman 与 Oppenheim [Proc. 50th ACM Symp. on Theory of Computing (STOC), 2018] 提出的利用初等矩阵构造谱高维扩张图（spectral high-dimensional expanders）的初等且自包含的 proof。作为附带结果，这也给出了标准扩张图的一个简单构造与分析。
