具有吸引侧向相互作用的程序升温脱附谱的蒙特卡洛研究

摘要
我们报道了具有吸引侧向相互作用的模型系统中程序升温脱附的蒙特卡洛研究结果。结果表明，即使对于弱相互作用，峰最大温度也会随初始覆盖度发生显著偏移。该系统在低于某一转变温度时，脱附呈负级数。该转变温度的解析表达式被推导得出。讨论了该模型与实际体系之间的关系。
