具有侧向相互作用的多层吸附物中的相变与吸附等温线

摘要
通过扩展用于描述具有侧向相互作用的单层吸附物上图案形成的理论方法，我们在此分析了一个由多层组成的吸附物系统模型。该方法表明，除了第一层的一阶相变外，第二层也存在相变，并有证据表明若包含更多层则会出现相变的“级联”。相变剖面显示出阶梯结构，证实了这一图景。由该方法得出的吸附等温线在定性上与数值和实验结果一致。
