摘要
我们提出了一种算法，用于计算域上正则矩阵多项式的带乘子的Smith标准型。该算法与以往算法的不同之处在于，它先对行列式中每个不可约因子分别计算局部Smith标准型，然后将它们组合成全局Smith标准型，而其他算法则是对原始矩阵应用一系列幺模行和列运算。报告了该算法在精确算术下针对若干测试用例的性能。
