流形上纵向分析的层次测地模型

摘要
在许多应用中，测地层次模型适用于时间观测的研究。我们采用这样一种为流形值数据推导的模型应用于 Kendall 形状空间。特别地，我们未采用 Sasaki 度量，而是适配了一种基于泛函的度量，这提高了计算效率且不需要实现曲率张量。我们提出了相应的测地变分时间离散，并将该方法用于二维大鼠颅骨形状以及一项骨关节炎影像研究中导出的三维形状的纵向分析。具体而言，我们进行了假设检验并估计了平均趋势。
