我们提出了一种灵活的方法,可利用广泛可用的数值工具生成的散射数据,计算二维光子晶体的 Bloch 模态、复能带结构与阻抗。该方法推广了先前依赖于支撑传递矩阵法的专门多极子与 FEM 技术的工作。我们描述了模态提取的数值技术,并将其应用于计算复能带结构以及设计两种光子晶体减反膜。我们在其他方法失效的频率下完成了这些工作,而这些频率仍具有重大的实际意义。
