摘要
本文推导了双势垒结构量子阱中存在非弹性散射时的态密度公式，该公式是电子运动特征时间（即阱内往返时间）以及整个结构和每个势垒的透射概率的函数。在我们的模型中，由声子、杂质和界面粗糙度引起的散射过程通过一个唯象参数——平均自由程来考虑，该参数起到弛豫长度的作用。我们还表明，对于较低的非相干过程速率，所推导的公式可简化为通过 Breit-Wigner 形式论得到的公式。
