摘要
大尺度成像数据在跨越时空尺度与种系的脑科学中正变得愈发突出。我们开发了一个计算生态系统,可在云端存储、可视化和分析这些数据,迄今已涵盖 20 余篇出版物与 100 多太字节,包括纳米尺度超微结构、微尺度突触发生多样性与中尺度全脑连接,使 NeuroData 成为最大且最多样的脑数据开放存储库。
