3DTeethSeg'22:3D牙齿扫描分割与标注挑战赛

摘要

从口内3D扫描中进行牙齿定位、分割与标注是现代牙科中增强牙科诊断、治疗规划和基于人群的口腔健康研究的基础任务。然而,由于牙齿解剖结构、成像协议的变化以及公开可用数据的有限性,开发用于牙齿分析的自动化算法面临重大挑战。为应对这些挑战,3DTeethSeg'22挑战赛于2022年与国际医学图像计算与计算机辅助干预会议(MICCAI)联合举办,征集从口内3D扫描中解决牙齿定位、分割与标注的算法。我们准备了一个包含来自900名患者的共1800次扫描的数据集,每颗牙齿均由人机混合算法单独标注。共有6种算法在该数据集上进行了评估。在本研究中,我们呈现3DTeethSeg'22挑战赛的评估结果。3DTeethSeg'22挑战赛代码可访问:https://github.com/abenhamadou/3DTeethSeg22_challenge
