自适应偏置力方法的长时间收敛性

摘要
我们提出一种用于分子动力学中计算自由能剖面的自适应方法的收敛性证明。在数学上,这归结为研究一个随机过程的长时间行为,该过程满足一个非线性随机微分方程,其漂移依赖于过程某些泛函的条件期望。我们利用熵方法证明其向平稳态的指数收敛。
