Let $S$ be a seminorm on an infinite-dimensional real or complex vector space $X$. Our purpose in this note is to study the continuity and discontinuity properties of $S$ with respect to certain norm-topologies on $X$.

The main purpose of this note is to establish the continuity of seminorms on finite-dimensional vector spaces over the real or complex numbers.

We introduce vectorial and topological continuities for functions defined on vector metric spaces and illustrate spaces of such functions. Also, we describe some fundamental classes of vector valued functions and extension theorems.
