摘要
利用 Wigner 函数研究开放系统中的量子输运存在严重缺陷。部分问题源于假设系统外电子动力学具有无限相干长度。本文在假设有限相干长度的前提下修正了 Wigner 函数理论，导出了一个新的动力学方程，该方程对应于将 Wigner 动量移至复平面实轴之外，并针对一维势垒情形进行了数值分析。
