摘要
数值计算了圆柱上Laughlin态中分数电荷的隧穿速率。其随条带宽度Y的衰减拟合为exp[- a (Y/ l)**2/12],其中l是朗道长度,a约为1.0。该速率在指数上大于电子隧穿速率,可类比超流涡旋隧穿问题来解释。实验意义包括“对应态定律”、Aharonov-Bohm电阻振荡的周期性以及通过量子散粒噪声进行电荷测量。
