磁场诱导自旋密度波运动时量子霍尔效应会发生什么

摘要
理论上研究了准一维导体中磁场诱导自旋密度波(FISDW)的运动对量子霍尔效应的影响。在自由FISDW的理想情况下,发现FISDW的逆流恰好抵消了量子霍尔电流,因此最终的霍尔电导率为零。在真实系统中,在高频下,当钉扎和阻尼可以忽略且FISDW的动力学由惯性主导时,霍尔电导率应当消失。
