准一维有机导体中量子霍尔效应的温度演化

摘要
计算了有限温度下准一维有机导体(TMTSF)X 在磁场诱导自旋密度波(FISDW)态中的霍尔电导率。发现霍尔电导率的温度依赖性与常规电荷/自旋密度波的 Fr\"ohlich 电流的温度依赖性相同。如果在 (TMTSF)X 化合物中测量电阻率张量的所有分量并重构电导率张量,则预测的依赖关系 可以通过实验验证。
