超导Ba(Fe1-xCox)2As2双晶中晶界的弱连接行为

摘要

我们表明,尽管Ba(Fe1-xCox)2As2具有低各向异性、强涡旋钉扎以及接近上临界场Hc2的高不可逆场Hirr,但薄膜Ba(Fe1-xCox)2As2双晶中[001]倾斜晶界(GBs)的临界电流密度Jgb被强烈抑制,类似于高温铜氧化物超导体。我们的结果表明,由于竞争序、低载流子密度和非常规配对对称性,弱连接晶界是铜氧化物和铁基超导体的共同特征。
