波长尺度、GHz 频率的 GaAs 光机械谐振器

摘要
我们报道了具有超强光机械相互作用的波长尺度 GaAs 光机械盘式谐振器。我们观察到一个频率为 1.4 GHz、有效质量约为 2 pg 的盘式机械呼吸模式的光学换能。测得的真空光机械耦合率达到 0.8 MHz，相应的差分光机械耦合因子为 485 GHz/nm。在室温和常压下，盘式布朗运动的光学分辨灵敏度达到 m/。
