摘要
薄膜铌酸锂(LN)光子集成电路(PICs)可在电光与非线性光学器件中实现超高性能和。迄今其实现仅限于芯片级概念验证。此处我们展示采用深紫外光刻在4英寸与6英寸晶圆上制备的单片LN PICs,并实现平滑均匀刻蚀,在晶圆级达成0.27 dB/cm光传播损耗。我们的结果表明LN PICs具本质可扩展性且可具高成本效益。
