我们推导了由带复系数的金兹堡-朗道方程控制的二维和三维非相对论系统中涡旋的精确运动方程。速度用复场的幅度和相位的局部梯度表示，并且对于任意小的涡旋间距也是精确的。恢复了超流体或超导体中涡旋的结果。
