摘要
我们分析了有限盒中二维 () 湍流逆级联产生的相干涡旋内部的速度涨落。正如我们在 \cite{16KL} 中所证明的，在 \cite{14LBFKL} 中建立的普适速度剖面对应于流动涨落的被动机制。该性质使得人们能够计算普适区域内速度涨落的关联函数。我们展示了计算结果，这些结果证明了结构函数的非平凡标度。此外，计算还揭示了结构函数的强各向异性。
