摘要
利用朗道尔公式计算了平行侧接触扶手型纳米管的管间电导 随费米能级 的变化。当管间掺杂强度差足够大时，在 - 曲线中出现一个主导其他峰的共振峰。重叠长度和层间构型不影响共振能量。共振峰处的谷间透射充当谷电流的逆转器与滤波器。
