利用疏水-疏水相互作用实现石墨烯的直接转移

摘要

我们开发了一种新型大面积湿法转移方法,可将石墨烯直接转移至 UHMWPE 膜上,无需有机涂层、热处理或其他中介基底。该方法通过利用石墨烯与 UHMWPE 之间的疏水-疏水相互作用,完全避免了 PMMA 残留及 PMMA 涂层可能导致的撕裂问题,是目前最简便且最廉价的转移方法之一,尤其适用于大面积石墨烯的制备与转移。通过重复该转移方法,还可轻松制备具有所需层数的石墨烯与 UHMWPE 多层三明治结构复合膜。该转移方法最重要的应用在于,它使薄聚合物膜能够通过 SEM 和 TEM 等电子显微镜进行高倍率直接观察。因此,即使存在溶剂且需要热处理的情况下,也能通过实时原位形貌观察来研究包括 UHMWPE 在内的聚合物的结晶与相行为。我们研究了拉伸石墨烯/UHMWPE 层状复合膜的形貌与力学性能,并观察到了石墨烯在单侧和双侧的增强效应。
