我们给出了实验室动能低于 2.1 GeV 的 N 弹性散射数据的能量依赖与单能分波分析结果。使用 Breit-Wigner 拟合、速率图以及相关极点与零点的复平面映射提取了共振结构。这是第一组受固定-t 色散关系约束的 VPI 分析得到的共振参数。我们搜寻了可能在前次分析中遗漏的结构，在 和 分波振幅中发现了候选者。我们的结果与卡尔斯鲁厄、卡内基-梅隆-伯克利和肯特州立大学组的结果进行了比较。
