Mott 相变处的普适性与临界行为

摘要
我们报告了对掺 Cr 的 V2O3导电性测量结果，采用可变压力技术。详细探讨了在压力和温度条件下，靠近 Mott 绝缘体到金属临界端点的导电性临界行为。我们确定了临界指数以及与状态方程相关的标度函数。发现其普适性质与液体-气体相变相同。这可能为相关电子材料中 Mott 临界端点的通用描述提供了可能性。
