我们呈现 DES14X2fna,一个由暗能量巡天(DES)发现的、红移 的高光度、快速衰减 IIb 型超新星(SN IIb)。DES14X2fna 是其类别中不同寻常的成员,其光变曲线显示出一个宽阔、明亮的高峰,在爆炸后 20 天达到 mag。该天体在爆炸后约 60 天之前光变曲线未显示线性衰减尾,此后衰减非常迅速( 波段 100 d 内 4.380.10 mag)。通过对 DES14X2fna 测光数据拟合半解析模型,我们发现其光变曲线无法用标准的 Ni 衰变模型解释,因为该模型无法拟合观测到的峰值和快速尾衰减。加入与周围星周物质的相互作用或一个快速旋转的中子星(磁星)可显著提高模型拟合质量。我们还研究了类似 DES14X2fna 的天体作为用于宇宙学的 SNe Ia 测光样本污染源的可能性,发现一个类似的模拟天体在基于循环神经网络(RNN)的测光分类器中,根据用于正分类的概率阈值不同,在 DES 中有约 1.1-2.4% 的情况被误分类为 SN Ia。
