非常规量子涡旋物质态承载欠掺杂高温铜基超导体中的量子振荡

摘要

欠掺杂铜基超导体中的一个核心问题涉及赝能隙基态的本质。已有观点认为,赝能隙区的常规金属基态在由适中磁场破坏超导序参量后会承载量子振荡。本文在毫开尔文温度与低外加测量电流下,对欠掺杂 YBa2_2Cu3_3O6+x_{6+x} 超纯单晶进行研究,揭示了一种非常规量子涡旋物质基态,其特征是电阻率为零、磁滞以及在最高实验室可达静态场之外呈现非欧姆电输运特性。现在需要一个新的赝能隙基态模型来解释由体量子涡旋物质态承载的量子振荡,且在存在大最大超导能隙时未经历显著额外阻尼;可能的可能性包括配对密度波。
