许多企业日益采用人工智能（AI）以使其内部流程更具竞争力和效率。为回应公众对合乎伦理与负责任地使用 AI 的关切及新法规，实施 AI 治理框架有助于将 AI 整合入组织并降低相关风险。然而，快速的技术进步与缺乏共享的伦理 AI 基础设施阻碍了其在商业中的实际应用。本文介绍了 TVS Supply Chain Solutions 的一个真实 AI 应用，报告了以大型语言模型为支撑的 AI 助手的开发经验，以及企业部署中面临的伦理、监管与社会技术挑战。
