通过厚度、宽度与剖面调控铁磁薄膜的垂直各向异性

摘要
在横向非均匀 CoPd 薄膜中，于金属-绝缘体转变附近发现垂直磁各向异性对名义厚度与形貌高度敏感。我们利用该效应，通过具有非均匀横截面厚度剖面的光刻条纹宽度来调控各向异性。该现象与方法适于通过其形状与横向尺寸控制自旋电子逻辑电路元件的局域各向异性。
