我们解决了提高生物传感器对毒素影响灵敏度的问题,提出一种用于分析非平稳时间序列的熵方法,称为CASSANDRA,最近为此目的而发明。我们研究特定情况,即毒素为四环丙毒素。这是一种极为有毒的物质,在毒素浓度为4纳摩尔时,使尖达率骤降,大约在170分钟时发生。CASSANDRA算法在毒素浓度为2纳摩尔时,在率率下降约30分钟前揭示了毒素的影响。我们认为,这种分析方法的成功归功于采用了一种新的复杂性视角,将其解释为介于动态状态和热力学状态之间的条件。
