摘要
我们提出了“按需设计的临界电流”(critical current by design)这一新范式。类似于按需设计材料(materials by design),其旨在通过阐明导致体临界电流的涡旋动力学,预测超导体中针对目标应用的最优缺陷构型(defect landscape)。为凸显该方法,我们利用大规模含时 Ginzburg-Landau 模拟研究涡旋动力学,展示了在对含有自组装和辐照定制关联缺陷的商用高温超导体上进行临界电流测量的协同结合。
