反铁磁单磷族化物NdSb中的拓扑半金属态与场致费米面重构

摘要
我们报道了在具有反铁磁基态的材料NdSb中实验实现的狄拉克半金属态。我们的能带结构计算以及手征反常诱导的负磁阻实验观测,有力地支持了拓扑半金属态的出现。响应于自旋极化的改变,我们观测到了场致费米面重构。在磁性材料中观测到拓扑半金属态,为研究磁-拓扑现象提供了机会。
