摘要
针对“平均首次通过时间”考察了“瞬态效应”的概念。结果表明，裂变系统停留在势垒内部的时间远大于瞬态时间所暗示的值，并且不应考虑中子发射相对于Kramers速率公式给出值有任何增强。
