摘要
在壳效应预期极强的质量区，一旦考虑这些壳效应，复合核的裂变激发函数被显示为精确按照过渡态预言标度。在实验研究的激发能区内未观测到偏离过渡态方法的现象，由此可为瞬态时间指定 10 zs 的上限。
