半狄拉克点的紧束缚建模与低能行为

我们发展了一种半狄拉克电子谱的紧束缚模型描述，该谱在点费米面附近具有高度各向异性的色散，最近在VO/TiO纳米异质结构的电子结构计算中被发现。我们将其谱性质与蜂窝晶格上众所周知的狄拉克点（与石墨烯层相关）以及零带隙半导体中能带相互接触的谱进行了对比。我们还考虑了半狄拉克点附近的最低阶色散，并计算了在外磁场中产生的电子能级。我们发现这些系统支持看似相似的电子结构，但具有多样化的低能物理性质。
