铁磁海棉堡薄膜的厚度相关临界温度

摘要
我们发展了一种计算具有单向各向异性的铁磁海棉堡薄膜磁性质的程序，可适用于任意自旋和薄膜厚度。应用于S=7/2的sc(100)和fcc(100)薄膜，理论计算得到薄膜各层厚度的磁化和临界温度，使我们能够研究薄膜在关键2D-3D转变处的磁性质。
